1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using CharchaCafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

2. Service Description

CharchaCafe is a marketplace platform that allows users (“Hosts”) to list, promote, and sell tickets to sessions, and allows other users (“Participants”) to browse and purchase access to these sessions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Hosts are solely responsible for the content and conduct of their Charchas. CharchaCafe reserves the right to remove any content that violates our community standards.

4. Payments & Escrow

Payments for instructor-led sessions are processed via Razorpay and held in escrow by CharchaCafe. Funds are not transferred to the Host at the time of purchase. Payouts to Hosts are initiated only after the session concludes and Host attendance is verified. For multi-session series, payouts are processed independently after each individual session.

5. Host Payouts

  • Hosts must provide valid banking details (account number, IFSC code) via their profile to receive payouts.
  • Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after session completion and attendance verification.
  • CharchaCafe retains a platform service fee for facilitating the transaction.
  • Hosts are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

6. Host Obligations

  • Hosts must attend and conduct all scheduled sessions they have listed on the platform.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session results in automatic full refunds to all registered participants.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Participant Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket to a paid session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your payment will be held in escrow until the session is completed.
  • Your registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
